These terms apply when you book or receive a treatment from Russian Spa Mahipalpur, and when you use this website. In short: our services are professional wellness massages for adults only, a booking counts once our team confirms it, and respectful conduct is expected from everyone.

1. About us

2. Professional services only

We provide professional wellness, relaxation and therapeutic massage and spa services. Our services are strictly non-sexual.

  • Any request for, or behaviour of, a sexual or otherwise inappropriate nature towards our therapists or staff will end the session immediately, without a refund.
  • We may refuse future bookings and, where appropriate, report the matter to the police.
  • A therapist may stop a session at any time if they feel unsafe or are treated with disrespect.

3. Who can book

  • All treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask for proof of age and may refuse service without it.
  • We may refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a way that is unsafe or disrespectful.

4. Your health

  • Before your session, please tell your therapist about any medical condition, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, skin condition or allergy (including to oils or creams).
  • Massage is not a medical treatment and does not replace advice from a doctor. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please check with your doctor first.
  • The therapist may adapt or decline a treatment if it could be unsafe for you. If that happens before the session starts, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Tell your therapist straight away if anything is uncomfortable - pressure, temperature or anything else - and they will adjust.

5. Bookings

  • You can request a booking by WhatsApp, by phone, by e-mail or through the form on our Contact page. A request is only a booking once our team confirms the date, time, treatment and price with you.
  • Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed; the full price still applies.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

6. Prices and offers

  • Current prices are on our Pricing page, in Indian Rupees (₹), per session. Prices can change, but the price our team confirms when you book is the price you pay for that booking.
  • Any applicable taxes will be made clear to you before your session.
  • Offers (such as the first-visit price) apply only as described, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Bookings already confirmed under an offer will be honoured.
  • Payment, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Home, hotel and outcall sessions

For sessions at your home or hotel, these terms apply in full. Please provide a safe, clean and private space. Our therapist may decline or end the session if the setting is unsafe or these terms are not respected.

8. Your belongings and our premises

  • Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
  • Please treat our rooms and equipment with care. We may charge for damage caused deliberately or through careless use.

9. About this website

  • We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but treatments, therapists, availability and prices can change. Please confirm details with our team when you book.
  • Some photographs on this website, including some therapist and room photos, are representative or stock images and may not show our actual staff or premises.

10. Liability

We take care to provide a safe and professional service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
