Every treatment booked from the price list above includes:
- The full session time shown on the card, from 45 to 120 minutes.
- A private treatment room.
- A short chat with your therapist beforehand about the areas you want worked on and anything to avoid.
- Pressure adjusted during the session - say the word and it is changed.
- Fresh linen and towels prepared for your appointment.
A shower is included with the ₹1,499 first visit full body massage. Steam with a jacuzzi bath is part of the 5 Star Hotels outlets package only. How to Choose a Treatment
Your choice comes down to the pressure, style and session length you prefer. For gentle, flowing relaxation, look at Swedish or aromatherapy. If you want firmer pressure on specific muscles, deep tissue and sports massage work slowly through the tighter areas. Thai and shiatsu are done clothed on a mat and are built around assisted stretching and pressure points rather than oil work. For warmth, hot stone therapy and the Russian banya are the two heat-based options. Reflexology is the shortest session and stays with the feet and lower legs, and the couple’s package puts two guests in one room at the same time.
