Traditional Russian Banya Near Malviya Nagar

The banya is the part of the menu people ask about most, usually because they expect a massage and it is not one. There is no table and no oil. It is a bathing ritual built around heat, taken in rounds, with time out of the heat written into it.

The difference from a massage is the shape of the hour. A massage is one continuous session on a table; the banya moves you between hot and cool several times, and the pauses matter as much as the heat. It is also the least expensive treatment we offer, at ₹2,500 for 60 minutes.
