1. Who we are
This website is run by Spa Near Me Mahipalpur, trading as Russian Spa Mahipalpur, Block - Asset No. 6, 6, Northern Access Rd, Aerocity, New Delhi, Delhi 110037 ("we", "us"). For anything to do with your personal information, contact us at spanearmemahipalpur@gmail.com or +91 9599547192.
This policy is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. It covers this website and the ways you can book with us from it - WhatsApp, phone and e-mail.
2. What we do not do
- We do not run a customer database, CRM or mailing list.
- We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no login.
- We do not set cookies, and we do not use local storage or similar browser storage.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other analytics, advertising or tracking tool.
- We do not take payments on this website, so we never see card or bank details here.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing messages.
3. The booking form
The appointment form on our Contact page asks for your name, phone number, preferred treatment, number of guests and, if you wish, a date, time and message. Everything you type stays in your own browser. When you press the button, the form turns your answers into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp for you. Nothing is sent to our server, and nothing is saved anywhere by the website.
We receive your details only if you then choose to send that message in WhatsApp. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never see them.
4. When you message, call or e-mail us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail, we see what you choose to share with us - typically your name, number and the appointment you want. We use it only to reply, confirm or change your booking and look after your visit. We do not copy it into any database, spreadsheet or customer system.
The conversation stays in the WhatsApp chat, call log or inbox on the spa's phone, in the same way as any other chat. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 8).
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp LLC (Meta) and handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
5. At the outlet
We ask only for what we need to carry out your treatment safely - for example, whether you have an injury, allergy or health condition the therapist should know about. We use that only during your session and do not keep it on file. If a law ever requires us to record visitor details at an outlet, we will record only what that law requires, keep it only for as long as it requires, and never use it for anything else.
6. Services this website relies on
Like any website, pages load some files from other companies. When your browser fetches them, that company receives the technical information every web request carries - your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not control or receive that information.
- Netlify hosts this website and may keep standard server logs to run and protect the service. We do not use them to identify visitors.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the site uses.
- Google Maps shows the map on our Contact and location pages. Google may set its own cookies if you interact with the map.
- Unsplash serves some of the photographs.
- WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram are contacted only if you click one of their links or buttons.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy, which applies to what they receive.
7. Age
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly accept bookings from, or collect information about, anyone younger.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information of yours we hold, if any;
- correct or update it;
- delete it - for example, delete our WhatsApp chat with you;
- name someone to act on your behalf if you are unable to.

9. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact our grievance contact at spanearmemahipalpur@gmail.com or +91 9599547192. If we cannot resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Security
Because the website stores nothing, there is no customer database to leak. The site is served only over HTTPS. Messages you send us stay only in the spa's own WhatsApp, phone and e-mail accounts.
11. Changes to this policy
If the way this website works changes - for example, if we ever add analytics - we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
