A Massage & Spa Experience for Karol Bagh Guests

Let us be straight about the geography first, because a lot of spa listings are not. There is no branch of ours in Karol Bagh. We have a single address, in Aerocity, and everything below — the treatments, the prices, the steam rooms — is there.

What that means in practice is a trip across the city rather than a walk around the corner, so it is worth booking a longer session and making the journey count. Most people coming this way pick either a ninety-minute treatment or the banya, which runs in stages and is not something to rush. Every session is in a private room, held for your slot, and the therapist talks the pressure through with you before starting rather than working to a script.

Six of the treatments guests book most. The rest of the menu, written out in full, is on the services page.

  1. Full Body Massage

Back, shoulders, arms and legs in one session, at a pressure settled with the therapist before anything starts. It is the usual first booking because it treats the whole body rather than one sore spot, and it is the treatment the introductory price further down covers.

  2. Swedish Massage

    ₹2,800 60 minutes

The lightest thing on the menu. Long, even strokes at low to medium pressure, with no attempt to dig into anything. Worth booking if you have never had a massage before and would rather find out what you like than commit to something firm.

  3. Deep Tissue Massage

    ₹3,500 90 minutes

The opposite end. Slow, heavy pressure held on the tight bands across the shoulders and upper back. It is not meant to be comfortable throughout, and the ninety minutes exist because that work cannot be rushed. Speak up if it tips past useful.

  4. Thai Massage

    ₹3,200 75 minutes

Clothed, oil-free, and done on a mat. The therapist moves you through assisted stretches and presses along the body rather than gliding over it. If your hips and hamstrings have gone stiff from sitting, this does more than a table massage will.

  5. Aromatherapy Massage

    ₹3,000 75 minutes

Light pressure throughout, built around a scented oil blend you choose at the start. The point is the pace and the aroma rather than the depth of the work, so book it when you want to switch off rather than when something specific aches.

  6. Hot Stone Therapy

    ₹4,000 90 minutes

Heated stones rest along the spine and are worked over the muscles with the therapist’s hands. Warm muscle takes firm pressure far more easily than cold muscle does, which is the whole idea, and why the session is a full ninety minutes.

The Russian Banya, and How It Differs

A massage is one therapist working on you for an hour. The banya is not that. It is a bathing ritual built around heat, and it moves in stages.

The first stage is simply getting warm, slowly, in the steam. Once you are, the therapist works over you with a birch venik — a bundle of leafy branches swept rhythmically across the body, carrying the heat and the smell of the birch with it. Then you step out to cool down and sit for a while before going back in. Herbal tea closes it.

At ₹2,500 for 60 minutes it is the least expensive thing we offer, and the one most worth travelling for if you have never tried it.

Comfortable Spa Facilities

What is on site. Not all of it belongs to every treatment — the jacuzzi and steam come with certain packages rather than a standard massage — so check what your booking includes when you confirm it.

Coming From Karol Bagh

The address sits in Aerocity, the hotel and business district attached to Indira Gandhi International Airport, with Mahipalpur next to it. If you are setting out from Karol Bagh you are heading across the city towards the airport side of Delhi.

We are not going to tell you how long that takes. It depends on the hour, the route and the traffic, and any figure printed on a page like this would be invented. Check it on the map below before you leave, and give yourself more room than the estimate suggests. If it turns out to be further than you want to travel, the Aerocity page covers the same spa for anyone already on that side, and contact us if you would rather just ask.

Massage Prices

A selection from the menu. There is no separate rate depending on where you booked from.

  • Traditional Russian Banya 60 minutes ₹2,500
  • Swedish Massage 60 minutes ₹2,800
  • Aromatherapy Massage 75 minutes ₹3,000
  • Thai Massage 75 minutes ₹3,200
  • Deep Tissue Massage 90 minutes ₹3,500
  • Hot Stone Therapy 90 minutes ₹4,000

First visit full body massage — ₹1,499. That price is for a first-time guest booking the full body massage, and nothing else — the treatments in the list above and the packages are charged at the rates shown.

  • Sessions of different lengths

From 45 minutes to two hours, so a visit can fit an afternoon or take up most of one.

  • Booking by WhatsApp or phone

Message or call and the team replies with what is actually free. No account, no deposit, no app.

  • Open every day

Fourteen hours a day, every day of the week, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
