You start in the steam and let it build, which is the part most people cut short. Once you are properly warm, the therapist works over you with a birch venik — a bundle of leafy branches swept in rhythm, carrying the heat and the scent across the skin. A cooling break follows, then another round. Herbal tea closes it.
So it asks more of you than a table massage does, and gives back something different. At ₹2,500 for 60 minutes it is also the least expensive treatment we offer.
A Session Designed Around Your Preference
Two people booking the same treatment rarely want the same hour from it. That is settled before anything starts: the therapist asks how firm you want the pressure, whether any area is sore or best left alone, and whether you would rather talk or lie quietly. None of it is fixed once the session is under way either — if the pressure tips past useful, or you are too warm, or you would rather more time went on the shoulders, say so and it changes.
Every treatment takes place in a private room, reset between guests, and appointments are spaced so yours is not rushed to fit the next one in. Turning up a few minutes early is worth it: that conversation is what the rest of the session is built on.
