Full Body Massage
A head-to-toe session across the back, shoulders, arms and legs, at a pressure you agree with the therapist first. Most first-time guests pick it because it is a general reset rather than work on one problem area, and it is what the first-visit price covers.

Swedish Massage
Long, flowing strokes at a light to medium pressure. Nothing about it is demanding, which makes it a sensible choice after a long day or a flight. Ask for firmer work partway through and the therapist adjusts.

Deep Tissue Massage
Slower and firmer, aimed at the tight bands across the upper back, neck and shoulders that a lighter massage only skims. Useful if you sit at a desk or carry bags. Say so early if the pressure is more than you want.

Thai Massage
Done clothed and without oil, on a mat rather than a table. Assisted stretches and pressure replace gliding strokes, so it feels closer to being moved through positions than massaged. Good for stiff hips and hamstrings.

Russian Spa Experience Near Delhi Airport
The banya is the reason the word Russian is in our name, and it is not a massage. It is a bathing ritual built around heat, run in stages rather than as one continuous treatment.
You settle into the steam first and let the heat build gradually — the part most people rush. Once you are warm, the therapist works over you with a birch venik, a bundle of leafy branches used in rhythmic sweeping movements that carry the heat and the scent across the skin. Cooling breaks sit between the stages, so you step out and recover before going back in, and herbal tea is served at the end.
It suits anyone wanting something slower and more involved than an hour on a table. At ₹2,500 for 60 minutes, it is also the least expensive treatment we offer.
